Unless otherwise noted, all tickets, goods, and services sold through Orlando RoadHouse Comedy Grill / TICKETBISCUIT platform adhere to a “NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES” policy.

If you purchase tickets for a show and find you are unable to attend that show, we may at our discretion and on a per basis review, allow those tickets to be used at another show. Please contact us directly in this case.
